Siân Maund LLB (Hons) LPC

Background

Throughout my career I have been praised for my friendly approach and ability to place clients at ease. I enjoy helping people and respect the trust clients place in me.

I grew up in the Ceiriog Valley, a rural community close to the Shropshire border. Having studied at Keele University I obtained a 2:1 dual honours degree in Law and History, and afterwards achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester.

I moved to Shrewsbury in 2010 and began my legal career at Wace Morgan Solicitors. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2012, I then enjoyed seven and a half years at both Wace Morgan and Hatchers Solicitors specialising in private client work; including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, the Administration of Estates (Probate) and tax and trusts.

I developed ADLAW at the end of 2019 in order to focus on my new role as Mum to two beautiful boys and the aspects of my job I enjoy the most- meeting clients in their home and delivering excellent client care.

Why me

I understand the law is complex and, for some, dealing with legal jargon and procedures can be daunting. ADLAW provides real experience and a personal Will, Lasting Power of Attorney and bespoke paper work ‘spring-clean’ service where each client feels comfortable and confident.

I am a Full Member of the Society of Will Writers (SWW) and as such abide by their code of conduct and requirement to keep my knowledge right up to date. Sadly not everybody who writes Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney is qualified, my qualification as a solicitor, membership of the SWW and fully insured services provide the assurance you deserve.

Outside of work time I enjoy spending time in the Welsh and Shropshire countryside and holidaying with my beach loving boys.
